W.
J. MANGOLD MEMORIAL HOSPITAL FOUNDATION
The W. J. Mangold Memorial Hospital Foundation is a
501(c)(3) non-profit corporation that was created in May 2006 for the purpose of
raising funds to support Lockney General Hospital District d/b/a
The foundation is governed by a board of directors, which currently includes the following:

Immediate plans for the W. J. Mangold Memorial Hospital
Foundation are to raise funds for the expansion and renovation of the facility.
The primary immediate objective of the expansion plan is to enlarge the
clinic and waiting area in order to accommodate an additional physician, Dr.
Cynthia Schlueter, in 2009. Relocation
of various departments and personnel will need to be done to make this happen.
Long-term, ongoing goals for the foundation are to raise money to assist the
hospital in its efforts to: (1) Maintain an efficient, comfortable, secure,
state of the art facility; (2) Obtain and maintain quality equipment for
diagnosis and treatment of patients, and (3) Improve the quality of life for our
community through prevention and education.
- Martha Ann Cogdell Trust Fund - $40,000 give in October 2007
- Sally Shaw - $5,000 given in December 2007

Martha Farris - $10,000 in January 2008
Donations can be made as general donations, either designated or undesignated; honorariums; memorials; special event fundraising, such as the current building renovation project; and naming opportunities for designated building projects. Donations can be mailed to:
