Commercial Insurance Billing Specialist
Summary of Position: Will be responsible for billing all Commercial Insurance claims, other than those that pertain to Medicaid/Medicare. Responsible for all other duties pertaining to insurance.
EXPERIENCE: Some of the duties will be quite detailed and will be required only after proper training. All training will be on the job, but prior experience in a similar position would be helpful.
SKILLS: Should have a general knowledge of the duties of the office, be able to handle all problems with tact and remember that information about patients is strictly confidential. Must be able to pay attention to detail. Should like to work with people and always display an attitude that would create a good image with the patients and their families, other employees and the general public.
EDUCATION: High school education or equivalent preferred
